Chinese customs announced that the country imported 1 billion 260 million dollars of goods from Iran in the first 3 months of this year, which is a 10% increase compared to the previous quarter.
According to Tasnim news agency, China Customs announced that the trade exchange between Iran and China in the first 3 months of this year has grown by one percent compared to the same period last year and has reached 4.20 billion dollars.
The exchanges between Iran and China in the months of January to March 2023 were announced to be 3 billion and 990 million dollars.
According to this report, in the first 3 months of this year, China imported 1 billion and 260 million dollars of goods from Iran, which has grown by 10% compared to the previous quarter. China had imported goods from Iran amounting to one billion and 145 million dollars in the months of January to March 2023.
However, China’s exports to Iran in the months of January to March 2024 decreased by 3% and reached 2.76 billion dollars. China had exported 2 billion and 845 million dollars worth of goods to Iran in the same period last year.
