The international Arbitration and Legal group “TAHKIM Haq” was established in 1373 AH (1994 AD) with the collective cooperation of high-ranking retired judges, lawyers, professors form reputable universities in various fields of law, judicial studies and business sciences. Later, it was established as The first and largest international legal and arbitration group and was officially registered in 1375AH (1996 AD) under registration number 9025.
with the ever-increasing expansion of trade between Iran and China and the significant development in the volume of relations and commercial transactions and investment in various economic, industrial and production sectors between the two countries and considering the invaluable years of experience this group has in accepting arbitration and representation at different stages of litigations between the parties , It was deemed necessary to create a completely specialized, secure and specialized organization .This organization , distinguished by unique features such as full proficiency in the Chinese language and familiarity with governing law and regulations in both Iran and China , strive with the high motivation and the application of all scientific and practical capabilities , supported by comprehensive legal support , to resolve the commercial and legal disputes of citizens of both countries , particularly trades , economic actors , and industrial owners . This has led to the successful resolution of conflict, achieving notable success through tireless efforts.
After completing extensive and extensive research and studies with the great efforts of law professors and universities of Iran and China and with the presence and accompaniment of high-ranking retired judges and benefiting from the experiences of businessmen and economic activists of both countries in 2014 after obtaining the necessary permits from Competent authorities according to the legal formalities, Iran-China International Arbitration and Legal Center was established and registered with the number 37495 and has started its activities as the first fully specialized group to provide legal services, arbitration and mediation between Iran and China.
After completing comprehensive and extensive research and studies with the outstanding efforts of legal scholars and professors from universities in Iran and China , along with the presence and cooperation of high-ranking retired judges and utilizing the experiences of traders and economic actors of both countries in 1394AH(2015 AD), following the obtaining the necessary permits from relevant authorities according to the legal procedures, Iran-China International Arbitration and Legal Center was established and registered under the number 37495 .It began its activities as the first fully specialized group to provide legal arbitration and mediation services between Iran and China.
On the one hand, protecting the rights of those who have suffered losses and recovering their assets through specialized methods, while avoiding typical disputes and paying special attention to preserving the commercial relations of the parties, has been an essential reason and another necessity for the establishment of the Iran-China International Arbitration and Legal Center .
Finally, after completing comprehensive and extensive research and studies with the high dedication of legal scholars and professors from Iranian and Chinese universities , the presence and cooperation of high-ranking retired judges and benefiting from the experiences of traders and economic actors from both countries in 1394AD(2015AD) after obtaining the necessary permits from relevant authorities in accordance with legal procedures . It was registered under number 37495 as the first fully specialized group to provide legal, arbitration and mediation services between Iran and China at various levels.
