Education: Graduated in judicial science, familiar with the arbitration rules and the principles of commercial negotiations

Scientific and social activities : member of the initial committee for research and drafting of the civil procedure code (arbitration chapter) based in the Ministry of Justice - Active member legal arbitration development board  and its implementation in the civil rights procedure system of Iran - managing director and board member of the first International arbitration and legal group dedication to arbitration development - the founder of the first Iran-China private sector joint working group on arbitration and legal affairs for commercial and investment matters  - a member of the Council of Iranian Merchants residing in China - a member of the Iran-China Friendship Association, a member of the Economic and Commercial Committee of the Association .

Scientific and social activities : judicial police organization in various positions, including civil and criminal judgement enforcement officer and deputy for judgement  enforcement in Tehran (level 2) - Lecturer at non-profit Shahin Shahr University -part-time instructor in the training courses for trainee lawyer under article 187 - Judge of the Appellate Courts of Isfahan Province (2007-2015) - Member of the commissions for resolving tax, municipal and registration disputes and judge of the Natural Resources Unit Article Commission (1995-2015).

Mr. Arman Arzani

Education : Bachelor's degree in law enforcement approved and issued by the former Ministry of Higher Sciences with the rank of lieutenant colonel while retiring with the rank of second brigadier general

Scientific and social activities : Employment in the former Metropolitan Police Organization, passing the officer college course for the preliminary and advanced periods of experience in intelligence, law enforcement, criminal, serving in the Interpol Police, Diplomatic Police, awareness training, borders of Khuzestan and Baneh Kurdistan and Khorramshahr serving in Greater Tehran operations and center prevention, vice presidents of plans and programs, and budget and analysis department of Greater Tehran operations - 14 years of activity in the center of experts of Tehran province in the field of public security.
