The head of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce said: Currently, the volume of trade between Iran and China is more than 30 billion dollars, but the trade ceiling of the two countries can be increased to 50 billion dollars.

He added: Iran used to be China’s first trading partner in the Middle East, but now we have lost this rank and become China’s fifth trading partner in the Middle East, and this position should be promoted. We hope that the two countries can take advantage of the potential of the private sector for the development of bilateral relations.

Hassanzadeh continued: Foreign investment capacity has been provided for the Chinese, especially in the free zones. Also, Chinese companies can access regional markets through Iran.
